Wall paint touch up, stain and oven cleaning

Hi there, Previous tenants have left marks on the walls and stains on the ceiling. Their attempts to remove wall marks with cleaning solvent was unsuccessful. Requiring quote (for ex-tenant reference) for touch up to cover these marks (not complete wall painting) for each of the 3 rooms i.e. lounge, kitchen and bedroom. Also, cleaning the oven, stain on the ceiling. Please add comment on process needed i.e. sanding is required, number of coat of paint, etc for the ex-tenants reference. Photo supplied has pointers to help indicate where the marks are located. The oven has been clean by the tenant however there are still residual remaining as shown in the photo - please quote cleaning cost to remove unclean section. Note: The marks on the wall at the back of the laundry/storage cupboard are laminated board. Thank you
