Code of compliance

Hi. I am selling my house, but needs a few little things fixed in order to get the CCC (code of compliance). I need someone that can do different types of jobs. The list include things such as: spouting, rail on the outside steps, shower leak, etc. The list will be finalised this week after checking what exactly that needs doing. Basically a handy man type of job. Cheers
