Fix leak in external wall & install flashings on house

We have a leak from an external wall in our kitchen which could be due to a lack of flashings outside. We had a building report done 10 months ago when we bought which noted flashings should be installed in several areas on the house - which we'd like done too please. The report also notes silicon is required at wall junctions in places in the lounge. Happy to send through full building report.
