General Handymen task around the house

-The insinkerator and plumbing needs to be tightened. -Old silicon removed and replaced with new around the bath. -Few Light bulbs to be supplied and changed. -Ensuite bathroom Broken extractor fan and lights (Triangle shaped) needs replacing. -Main door is jammed and needs to be adjusted. -Hood extractor fan needs to be assessed and possibly not working.
