Handyman needed

There's a few odd jobs I need done to my house in Windsor Park, North Shore City. I'm overseas and can't do them myself. The house has tenants living in it. You'll deal with the property manager for timing and access. 1. Replace the light in the stairwell. It's at the top of a 2 story entrance way, in the centre of the roof. You'll need a ladder/scaffolding and to lean back to unscrew the light. Approx 6m high. 2. Sink plug for the ensuite sink. Just get one from Bunnings. Measure it first. 3. A one off lawn mow. It's not a big yard. Trimming the edges with a weed eater would be nice too.
