Repair/patch front concrete fence and redo cement casing around drain grate

I need quote to fix the following. Please refer to the pictures to give you clearer idea. Job is located at MOUNT EDEN. 1) My front concrete fence has cracked in middle and the side is crumbling. I need a patch/mend job . Patch the crack, and for the side to remove just the crumbling bits and then make a replacement concrete mould so it looks like rest of fence again with stucco look. (I am not looking to rebuild the whole fence). No need to paint. I have attached pictures showing front and back angles view of the fence. 2) The cement casing around my drain grate all cracking and crumbling. Remove existing cement and redo it nicely. All rubble to be taken away when job is done.
