Over many years my home has accumulated a few holes in the wall. In preparation for selling it, although we're not redecorating I think it could be improved slightly by filling in/repairing the holes so it looks a bit tidier. There are also a couple of door frames that need replacing and painting. There's also a couple of tiles on the bathroom floor that we want to get replaced as they're cracked (there's no leaking tho - its all waterproof etc so its a cosmetic job). We have the tiles. Looking to get a competitive quote to see if its worthwhile bothering to do these tasks before we sell. Preference given to someone able to do all of the tasks, but priority task is the holes in the wall, so if you're only able to do that then that's fine. Holes range in size from about 30cm long to 10cm. Basically caused by having very thin walls that have been knocked and not stood up to it). Prefer someone who can quote later in the day as I'm often unavailable before midday. If you're able to give me a rough idea of costs before coming to quote that would potentially save us both some time. Thanks!
