Few small jobs around the house

Screw in 2 TV brackets, screw up shelving rack, move external washing line, remove balustrade, move timber under house, cut hole in boundary fence to make gate on hinges, screw in wardrobe shelf. Would like done over next week or two, flexible on timing. Bonus if you can do very basic sparky work - check external lights not working, change fluro bulb. Don’t need qualified builder but do want someone practical with basic building skills and a few tools, who is courteous, willing. Prob 1-2 days work? $30 / hr.
