We have a water damaged ceiling outside a small commercial building to get fixed as soon as possible. The hole is about 40 cm by 40 cm but about 1 square meter is in bad state around the hole. The job has to be carried out after 5pm during weekdays as the damaged area is just above the shop entrance. I have attached a picture for a better idea. No painting required.
