I need an elderly person with heaps of building knowledge and common sense. I cannot keep up with visiting sites to make out quotes. I need someone clean looking to act like a salesman. Just visit site, measure up and take photos. I can pay a percentage on jobs gained which can be extremely lucrative. Can negotiate from 5% up on high profit jobs to say 10%.
