Handy work required around house

Have a number of small jobs around house that needs fixing: 1) Plasterboard and small tile job and wall repair in bathroom (tap fixed) but wall not repaired. 2) Pull back carpet and do a wood floor repair 3) Ceiling board in room is sagging needs to be fixed 4) Repair to outside security lights (needs to be rehung) 5) Deck roof brace (wood 50cms) to be knocked out and replaced and joints sealed to stop water leak 6) Internal painting (bathroom, passage, toilet) 7) other odd bits and general fixes close some holes (wall plaster) and fix two bedroom doors and re-paint
