Upgrade existing driveway (row) in Mt Eden. A right of way property that has potential challenges of rock and tree roots. Straight from street, then widens with gentle slope to two under-house garages. Good access for machinery and delivery. Old concrete will need to be removed. We need job to be completed by end of summer so that we can plant the drive with trees in the early autumn.
