Fix corner of timber deck

Where the deck joins in one corner the horizontal bits of timber have rotted, (the vertical hardwood pales are OK) you can saw off a section and insert a new bit joining it underneath with struts. The joined bit need only be one bit of timber about 40cm. I don't know what a strut is but it looks like I do. You may have a different way.
