Make & Install a Gate

I need to make and install a weatherproof gate at the top of the steps leading to my front door. The gate should ideally match/blend with the existing fencing and have a child security lock. The gap between the fence measures approx. 155 cm. The height of the fence measures approx. 105 cm. The fence will need to work around the safety pole which runs parallel to the fence on one side.
