Installing a ensuite

Hi I am looking for a few tradesmen to come around to quote me for converting a room into an ensuite. The room in question was given planning permission when the garage was converted into a bedroom, but nothing was done until now. The room isn’t the largest, so we would be looking for someone to come around and give us some advice as to how to layout the area. There is no plumbing into the room, so that work would also need to be done.
