Concrete grinding/cutting of concrete stumps

We have 1 square block of concrete and depending on cost, another 4 that need to have about 2 inches taken off them. I have attached a picture of the one we have started doing with an angle grinder, but want a quote to finish (I have put a can of spray paint beside it for size info). I need to get it down to match the wall behind it. Problem is the first block has to be done by end of Friday. I have also attached a picture of the other type - and roughly how much needs to come off - again with the spray can beside it and I need to get it down to the blue sprayed line.
