Roof Repair for Sale of Home

I have just had a building inspector here as I am looking at selling my property. He says I need to have my ridge flashing just pushed down and a piece of timber popped back in, inside the attic. Not a difficult job, but it is HIGH! I have a big ladder but you need to be not afraid of getting on the steep roof.
