Ill fitting window and badly closing front door.

The front door also doesn't shut/lock properly. It's a wooden door and i believe a standard style lock. (unfortunately i don't have a photo as we have a tenant in there currently) Also the toilet window has fallen from its hinge and doesn't close properly. (in the photo toilet paper is stuck in the gap) The tenant needs the door fixed asap so please don't hesitate to contact even if you can only do that part of the job.
