Up on the roof

We need a fearless but risk averse person to get up on our roof (three stories up) to clean the gutters and spray the lichen (including cleaning the two skylights which have some lichen on them) and check the roof is still in good condition. Must have safety gear please. This is between a small and medium size jog as per the options below.
