Require balcony to be reclad with weatherboards so in keeping with the house. Weatherboards - 16cm wide Balcony - 1150 w, with lengths 3.6 x 3.6 x 3.45 x 0.95 h Total Area: 12.35m2 The corners we want to be finished off as per the photo of existing weatherboards. Painter starts end of November so timing flexible as long as completed prior to 25th November.
