New carpet laid and 3 doors plus hall cupboard door need bottoms shaved off so they close over the carpet.set of wardrobe sliding doors also need re hanging and maybe shaved as well. Wooden slate on external front step detached on one side may be able to be fixed or replaced, advice needed.
