To create a clothes rack from copper pipes

we are moving into a new rental and have no wardrobe. Have seen clothes racks made from copper pipes (gas pipes) - I have images to show. But after someone to put us together something sturdy to hold our clothes. Preferably put together for Sunday or early next week. Also have a tv bracket needing to be screwed to the wall.
