New single garage

We are looking to build a single car garage to join on to our house. The space we are looking at currently has a balcony/deck above it which acts as a partial carport roof. We would like this deck to form part of the roof of the garage. The house will form one of the walls and we would like to add a door so that we have internal access. Although this will be a single garage, we would like it to to be quite long so we can move our laundry in and have some additional work space. In order to give a quote you would need to come and see the space.
