Exterior fence/wall repair

Hi there, We have a wall separating our back yard with our neighbours. Due to an aggressive lawn mowing technique and removal of clothing lines, we have holes in the wall - please refer to the photos. I'm guessing it is called plasterboard? We are considering selling the property so would like to determine approximate costs to repair these holes. Many thanks!! Ben
