Bathroom tiles

The bathroom is 1.2 x 2.4. This is not an old bathroom however the large tiles have loosened and grout is cracked. The job is: Turn the shower base into a grate rather than center drain, and re-lay the tiles. Another job we are wanting is door handles put on and re-hanging interior doors.
