Help with putting up the tarp on the roof of the extension.

We have hired a 9 x 6 tarp and we want to cover the 8 x 4 extension roof before the big rain tomorrow. We would like it done ASAP. We just need someone to put that up for us. there is currently a blue tarp on it. We want that removed and replaced with a heavy duty tarp or you can put the heavy duty tarp on top of it if that is easier (it is also blue).
