Minor deck modification and gate

We would like a portion of bench seat removed and a step in put down to grass. Then also a gate installed down the side of the house (about 3/4s towards front) between the house and boundry fence. Photo one - bench seat, left removed, from the left of the upright support second of right). Photo two - side of house where gate will be installed, and step down from deck (planter box will be removed)
