Various handyman tasks

1. Take windows (wooden joinery) off in Bedroom 3 - fix and repaint and get open/shutting 2. Old smoke alarm taken down in hallway - need filling of holes and painting 3. Deck on 2nd floor - reseal edge along by the house 4. Fix wooden doors leading on to deck - where there is some cracks that need filling and painting 5. Fix damage to wall in lounge - plaster needs fixing and painting - damaged by water 6. Outside - fix door on cupboard where pool filter is - falling off hinges - may be able to re-hinge or build new door? 7. Put skirting board along bottom of fence - boundary fence along side of property - has gaps at the bottom of it - want to add a panel on to it 8. Waterblasting of outdoor surfaces 9. House washing/cleaning
