Window draft strips, new hinge, and door handle work at house

We require some general small scale repair works done at our old timber house. The list of work includes: 1. Installing new draft stop strips around approximately 6 windows, one door, and 2 sets of French doors 2. Installing a new hinge for a timber window (the old hinge is broken) 3. Repairing a wobbly door handle for internal door 4. Installing some new screws to fix down loose perspex on frames over both the front and back doors We can show you exactly what needs to be done on site. I figure once you have seen the work, you can pick the best materials for the job. We need someone who is skilled in all of the above work please.
