leaky gutter repair

This is a 2 bedroom rental unit. This section of gutter does not hold the rainwater properly. I've been told it is a metal gutter. The bodycorp levies will cover the entire gutter replacement some time in the future. In the mean time, I want repairs that ideally last at least a year if possible (more would be good). I do not know the exact problem or the extent of it, so an inspection and advice is needed. I would also like an inspection of the rest of the gutter.
