Simple drill to fasten to metal surface

Simple job for fast earn. I live centrally so easy way to earn some on way home. It's only drilling 5cm eye strap into letterbox in apartment building and looping a 1.6x3cm double jack chain. I'm no expert but reckon it could easily be done in 15 minutes. You don't even have to go inside. Letterbox is metal with bolts bigger than screws so straightforward. I'm needing this to be done in next few days, preferably tomorrow or Saturday and flexible with time. Believe price is market range but revert if you disagree.
