Damage Repairs

1. Repair split wall of bookcase (see photo named "Split wall of bookcase.JPG"). 2. Repair small indentation on edge of dresser top (see photo named "Dresser top indentation.JPG"). 3. Fix cabinet door of wooden media console that is not closing. May require chiseling and realigning hinges, and needs screws and some are missing. A sketch (photo named "Cabinet door sketch.JPG") is provided below, along with photo of cabinet door (see photo called "Cabinet door not closing.JPG"). 4. Repair nick in door (see photo named "Cut in door.JPG"). 5. Purchase screws and screw down slats of bed (see photos called "Bed instructions 001 and 002.jpg" for details of screws and number of slats). Please provide quotes for each item, not as a lump sum for all.
