Built in bookshelf for apartment

Quick and efficient but experienced builder required please. Need a backless bookshelf built for an apartment wall. Needs to be bracketed (with small brackets and toggles into gib) against wall for safety and stability and also there is skirting at the bottom that will need to be taken into account. Want to paint the bookshelf the same colour as the wall so just plain timber is fine. Measurements required 2240mm High 1500mm Width 350mm Depth approx (although if a shelf comes in standard measurement close to 350mm deep then that will be fine so you don't have to cut anything but the length of it. Would like a total of 6 shelf spaces including the bottom shelf so approx 370mm for each shelf although so long as it isn't noticeable then 6 shelves spaced as even as possible within the 2240mm height will be great. You will need to purchase the wood or just advise us as to which wood you'd prefer, and can assemble in house rather than build outside if it's easier taking into consideration we want it flat against wall and cut to fit around skirting. I'm open to having the bottom shelf a little higher than the floor or at floor level - you might provide clarity of which is better with the skirting maybe? This apartment is brand new and so extreme care is to be taken with the wall itself as we can't have any dents or chips in brand new paint. We will paint the actual bookshelf ourselves however. Job can be done in the weekend or in the evening, again new carpet also been put down to care has to be taken at all times. You may also like to come and double check measurements before purchasing wood.
