Balustrade

To install a wooden balustrade in a internal stair. On the top of the stair it is a levelled balustrade with 1.3m of length. One newel post in one side and half post attached to the wall on the other side. On the bottom of the stair is a 1.3 m balustrade in an angle (around 15degrees). Also it requires one newel post in one side and a half post attached to the wall on the other side. Need to follow council regulations (height, space between balisters, etc) Cheers
