There are 2 doors with issues: 1. The front door is sticking to the base of the frame in the bottom right corner (when facing the house) so needs to be planed back. 2. The latch on the master bedroom door doesn't close properly. There has been a little bit of movement and the latch on the frame needs to be moved down slightly to allow the door latch to fit in and the door to close properly. Property is tenanted and tenants are happy to allow access.
