Handyman for Serviced Apartments

We are a serviced apartment complex in Newmarket with 21 units under our management. We are currently looking for a handyman to replace the retiree we have had previously working for us for some years. Ideally we need someone who would be able to come in once a week or if not one day on a fortnightly basis. Job entails small general maintenance jobs. such as painting, repairing doors/ wardrobes, removing rubbish, repairing ranch sliders, installing items such a shower caddies, towel rails etc. Looking for an hourly rate of $20 - $25 per hour. Job would be perfect for retiree.
