Putting in new laminate floors

Hi We're considering putting down new laminate floors in our rental. We need someone to rip out carpet first and any pins/nails etc to be pulled out as well for a smooth surface and then lay the laminate floors. This will be for 2 bedrooms, lounge and a hallway. We will provide the laminate floors and any other materials. Please quote your charge per square metre for putting down the laminate flooring and charge for pulling out the carpet when expressing interest.
