Baby proofing by adding gates and additional kitchen shelf layer

Hi there, Am looking for someone who can advise and install some baby proofing pens/gates for the kitchen and near the television. In addition, I want to add some additional shelf layers to my existing kitchen cupboards. It is a rental, so the baby proofing stuff cannot be screwed on etc. Preferably someone who has prior knowledge of options available please.
