A resonably large renovation job for a standard house. Kitchen: * Existing wooden cabinets along long wall (approx 4.8m) need to be demolished & removed * Supply & install new kitchen along "L" shape as shown in the attached plan (drawn to scale) - plan based on standard size cabinets from Bunnings/ Mitre10 - appliances to be supplied by owners * Create a cavity into the wall for the fridge shown in the plan (currently a solid wall) * Plumbing & electrical points will need to be shifted * Plaster, paint and finish walls & ceiling where required Bathroom/Laundry: * Remove exisiting shelving & cabinets in the current laundry * Supply & install new toliet, shower, laundry sink unit, plumbing for top loader washing machine * New plumbing will be needed for toilet & shower, some additional power points will be requried for dryer & washing machine * Plaster, paint and finish walls Work not shown in the plan: * Move back door out to back entrace patio (shift position of the back door) * Relocate position of the small bedroom door (shift the current door to a new position and seal the current entrance back into the well) * Plaster, paint and finish walls & frames as required Please specify if you are quoting with or without painting.
