General handyman tasks

We need to get a few general tasks completed at our property: 1. Attaching curtain rods to wall 2. Reattaching downpipe bracket 3. Cutting off exposed metal reinforcing rod in brickwork (bricks are part of a garden, and the metal rod needs to be cut off and disposed of) 4. Mortar of loose bricks in outside garden 5. Reinforce outdoor plastic awning (awning is sagging and needs an additional post) This needs to be done by 8th April (am). Pictures to come
