Install skirting board + hang vanity + modify bench + doors installed

We have some skirting board that needs to be installed (we have just added a floating floor so it was removed). There is also some new walls that have been added so we need the skirting and the ceiling coving for that. We also have a vanity that needs to be attached to the wall for the plumber (floating vanity) & a kitchen bench modified to fit a dishwasher. We also need an internal door installed for a bedroom - we have a framed door ready to go. Lasty, a bifold door installed for a laundy cupboard, we have all the doors and hardware. Our renovations are being held up because of these items so we would like someone ideally to start asap.
