Paint ceiling in kitchen and lounge

We have recently painted the ceilings in our kitchen/living area and the paint has started to flake off in patches Have put 2 coats of waterbased on which have then been sanded off in patches, repainted and has done it again in spots. there are also patches where mould/old paint has bled through already so I am thinking it probably needs a sealing coat of some description which is probabaly where I went wrong Rather than try again myself I would like to get someone who knows what they are doing to redo this one room. ceiling area approx 20-30m2.

Quick contact, came and viewed asap. Finish looks great, much better than what I managed to achieve over a week and he did it in a day. very much appreciated and not a speck of paint splatter on any of the newly painted walls or new kitchen. cheers!!
