House fixes - based on builder inspection report

We need some help with a few things that need fixing in our home. We had a building inspection report completed, before we purchased our home in September 2017 and below are the recommendations we need help with: 1. Seal the S/E corner downpipe into the storm water connection. Right – Continuous spillage here has the potential to case subsidence issues to the foundation system. 2. Treat corrosion affected window and door head flashing corrosion. Right – Corrosion is visible to some window and door head flashings. 3. Further secure the laundry basin tapware. It's currently loose and moves about. 4. Further support the horizontal down pipe beneath the S/W corner bedroom. 5. Further support some areas of the W elevation spouting. 6. Attached a hose to outside wall
