Fix outisde kitchen window bay. needs resealing Fix or replace two gates one leading to back of house and one of the balcony Fix back door in the garage. Out of shape and not closing properly Gib and paint roof of garage for winter to keep the hoouse warm. Add storage shelves in garage and mall outside garden shed. Improve stairs from garager to outside. Old and ugly looking. Curently not fixed to house Create or fix small vege garden. panels and poles around the garden loose. Might need a new garden in a new location but could work with what we have just fixed. new gate on main driveway. Currently a gate we fixed but needs to be replaced at some stage. Also some basic gardening work available. No hurry although the garage gib work would be great before winter time to improvde overall heating. Could only gib the area between house and garage as they are connected. Also kitchen bay job would also be good before it's start to get wet again. Possibly fix new basin unit as well in main bathroom. Improve storage in main bedroom. Many other jobs will come from this for sure.
