Draught proof villa

Before I look at insulating my villa underfloor/roof, I need to first draught-proof the place. Air moves freely throughout the house, under/around doors and around windows mainly. This job involves sealing these spaces to stop air movement and may involve rehanging badly fitting doors/windows, making and installing door saddles, fitting draught excluders, window strips etc. Care required as, being a villa, the house 'breathes', so all draught-proofing will have to allow for this so that we don't end up with sticking windows/doors. Builder/handyman with expertise in this area and keen eye for detail required to help come up with draught proofing solutions and complete the job to a high standard.

Jon was an absolute pleasure to work with. From quoting through to completion, he showed a high level of professionalism and great communication. I say this time and again but at the risk of repeating myself, people will get so much more out of a good craftsman if they are organized and focused on what it is they want from there job.
Paul was a pleasure to work for as he took advice well but always came back with sensible questions.
I think also the level of trust makes for a really nice working relationship.
