General handy man stuff

Hi, I require assistance for this below list, a builder type person should be able to manage all this. - Move clothes line (proper support) - Install Bolts on french doors (inside and out) - Install Trellis fence on deck - Skirting boards put back on - Hooks on garage ceiling (cords) - Fix toilet paper holder.
