Tiling and small window repair

I need a 7x0.285m strip retiled. The area is currently tiled, but a cracked tile (& no luck finding a match) means we have to lift all the tiles and retile with new ones. Tiles will need to be cut to fit. I will supply tiles (hopefully 300 x 300). The tiling is internal, adjacent to bifold doors. Additionally, we have a broken window latch that needs repairing (you will need to source a replacement (Bunnings?) and install) and a an aluminium window that is a bit jammed that needs some TLC so we are looking for someone a bit handy to turn their attention to that. The work is to be carried out in an apartment with a large deck. The apartment is tenanted.

Very happy with all elements of Danny's work up until payment, after which I repeatedly requested a receipt that he did not supply, hence low score for Professionalism. Note - I did not request a receipt until after final payment was made.
