Exhaust fan replacment and Porch repair

Hi, I was wondering if I could get a quote for replacing/repairing a bathroom exhaust fan? The fan stopped working a week ago, when I turn the switch on I can hear a noise but the fan does not run. I'm not sure if it needs to be replaced or can be repaired. Also, the main entryway to the house has quite a bit of rotting wood next to the door.
