DESCRIPTION OF WORKS: TAKE AWAY FIT-OUT - New timber partition walls to be constructed. (Refer to drawing 03) - Timber counter to be built. (Refer to drawing 05) - Finishing material: MELTECCA - Allow for drawers and cupboards underneath. - Allow for a cut out on the counter top (1030mm width x 615mm depth) for a Bain Marie. - Allow for lift away panel on countertop - Paint as required (Colour TBC) - Flooring: JACOBSEN TARKETT GRANIT SAFE T FLOORING (Refer to drawing 03) - Install a Double Bowl Sink and Cleaner’s sink. New plumbing connections to be laid (Sinks will be provided) - Install a Grease Trap and connect double bowl sink as per manufacture’s specifications (Grease Trap will be provided) - Line walls with new Seratone wall lining in takeaway area (as per drawing 03). Colours TBC. GIB Standard to be used elsewhere. - A cleaner's cupboard to be built (Refer to drawing 03) - Cleaner's sink will be provided. - Shelves to be made inside the cupboard. - New timber door to be installed - A concrete ramp into the shop to be constructed (Please do not quote for this yet as this is not finalized). - Menu modules to be installed to ceiling TOILET - Existing modified into new Accessible toilet -(Refer to drawing 03) - Flooring: JACOBSEN TARKETT GRANIT SAFE T FLOORING - Existing door from storage to be removed and opening infilled with new timber framing. - New accessible fittings ie. toilet, handrail and sink to be installed and plumbing connections made to existing - New mirror to be installed - Existing wall lining to be made good and new paint applied. Where necessary new Aqua line to be installed ALSO THE BUILDER TO PROVIDE A PS3 FOR THE COUNCIL ON COMPLETION. PLEASE QUOTE ME FOR THE ITEMS LISTED ABOVE EXCEPT FOR THE RAMP. MORE DETAILS ARE ON THE DRAWINGS, PLEASE REFER TO THEM. A SITE VISIT CAN BE ARRANGED FOR FURTHER DETAILS AFTER I RECEIVE THE QUOTE.
