Odd jobs pre house sale

Hi, putting our house on the market and have some odd jobs tht need finishing. Classic case of DIY running out of steam! Job includes: Change old door handles and hinges for new ones (6-8 still to do. We have new door knobs, ready to go. Just internal doors, no deadlocks, etc. Replace a couple of small areas of skirting (have the new skirting already painted). Possibly one area needs the gib patching too. Fix a small hole in the wall of the walk in wardrobe. Hang new cupboard doors in garage. We have the doors ready painted to go, but they are a bit small, so not sure what will fix that! Attach one piece of kick board in kitchen. Board is painted just never got glued on. ?replace architrave in corner of one bedroom (had a leak a few years ago and swelled a bit with the water), depends how involved a job this is whether we do it. House is empty, so no need to work around residents. I live 5mins away so not difficult to organise access.
